DC Final is back by popular demand. We are now running a 24 man DC Final server . Of course, this means the traditional OgV Friday Night DC Fights are back on.  Hit the "read more" button for links to patch BF 1942 and install DC & DC Final.   Come join the OgV Old Timers for some fraggin' fun blowing each other up.  Drive tanks, BMP's, trucks, shoot howitzers with a spotter, fly helos & jets, man AA batteries, lay mines, maneuver Navy ships & fire the big 16" guns.  Launch from aircraft carriers & do some serious bombing & strafing.  Many aircraft & vehicles are multi seat.  Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard are all needed for this fast paced, team-oriented modern combat game.

User Accounts
This platform is very flexible and we stand to gain alot of functionality not previously available. In order to prepare, we have found that we need to collect more information for each registered user. Instead of begging for information, we are going to force everyone to re-register.

NOTE: If you don't immediately get your email confirmation of registration, check your SPAM folder.

Once you register and successfully log in, please edit your profile via the User Menu at the top of the page. You will notice a few tabs in which you can edit information. If you are a Military Veteran, update your Veteran info on the Military tab. This is required for all [OgV] Members. The "[OgV] Profile" tab will be filled out by the Personnel Department.

Old Forum Posts
All of the [OgV] Operations documents (Constitution, Code of Conduct, etc.) have been moved out of the forums and are actual articles linked from the main menu of the site. With those removed, the largest percentage of forum posts were not worth going to the trouble to migrate. In the new forums, we provide access to the old forums as "Read-Only" for reference purposes. The old forums simply were disorganized and information was sometimes difficult to navigate. We will also be pulling things like TS Registrations and Clan Applications into actual online forms soon after launch.

Your Profile
If there is a field in your profile that allows you to edit it, please fill it in!
You will notice that there is a "Flickr" tab when you edit your profile. If you have pictures to share with the clan, get a Flickr account (http://flickr.com) and fill in the requested info. This takes the bandwidth and management out of our hands and gives you complete control of what pictures you have available. Look for more info soon after launch for additional Gallery functionality.

New Forums
We now support embedded video from Youtube, Google, and just about any other video host! No need to upload items to our FTP site. If it is an existing video, simply reference the VIDEO ID in a post something like this: [Youtube]##VIDEO_ID##[/YouTube]. If you have your own video you wish to share, Upload it to Youtube, etc. and reference it in a post. We do have a forum called "Sandbox" so you can test sinctionality, sigs, etc.
